The Lord Chancellor makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9(2), 41(1)(a) and (b), and 41(2)(a) and (b) of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 20121.
A draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament in accordance with section 41(6) of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012.
