Amendment to regulation 205

95.  In regulation 205(2) (obligations on holders in relation to public announcements)(1), in the opening words—

(a) for “UKMA(UK)” substitute “UKMA(UK)(Category 2)”;

(b) after “UKMA(GB)” insert “, UKMA(UK)(Category 1)”.
