Loans for designated part-time courses

10.—(1) In regulation 144 (fee loans for designated part-time courses beginning on or after 1st September 2012), in paragraph (8)(c), in each place it occurs, for “the current course” substitute “the current part-time course”.
(2) In regulation 157B (qualifying conditions for the loan for living costs)(1), in paragraph (8)(c), in each place it occurs, for “the current course” substitute “the current part-time course”.
