Confidentiality
7.—(1) Hearings in this arbitration are to take place in private.
(2) Materials, documents, awards, expert reports and any matters relating to the arbitration are confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent of the other party, save for any application to the courts or where disclosure is required under any legislative or regulatory requirement.
