Protective works to buildings
81. The undertaker, in the case of the powers conferred by article 18 (protective works to buildings), may not exercise those powers so as to obstruct or render less convenient the access to any apparatus without the written consent of Anglian Water (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).
