The Cottam Solar Project Order 2024

1.  The following provisions do not apply in so far as they relate to the construction of any numbered work or the carrying out of any operation required for the purpose of, or in connection with, the construction, operation, maintenance or decommissioning of the authorised development—

(a) Great Grimsby and Sheffield Junction Railway Act 1845(1);

(b) Great Northern Railway Act 1846(2);

(c) Sheffield and Lincolnshire Junction Railway Act 1846(3);

(d) Manchester, Sheffield, and Lincolnshire Railways, and Manchester and Lincolnshire Union Railway and Chesterfield and Gainsborough Canal Amalgamation Act 1847(4);

(e) Trent (Burton on Trent and Humber) Navigation Act 1887(5);

(f) Trent Navigation Act 1906(6);

(g) Great Central Railway Act 1907(7);

(h) Lincolnshire Rivers Fisheries Provisional Order Confirmation Act 1928(8);

(i) Trent and Lincolnshire Water Act 1971(9); and

(j) Anglian Water Authority Act 1977(10).
