5.—(1) The Houses in Multiple Occupation (Specified Educational Establishments) (England) Regulations 2019(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(b)—
(a)after “member of” insert “one of the following”;
(b)omit sub-paragraph (i);
(c)omit sub-paragraph (iii) (and the “and” which precedes it);
(d)at the end insert—
“(iv)the Accreditation Network UK/Unipol Code of Standards for Larger Developments for Student Accommodation Managed and Controlled by Educational Establishments dated 5th September 2024.”.
(3) In the Schedule—
(a)at the appropriate place insert “Academy of Live Technology”;
(b)omit “Stranmillis University College”;
(c)omit “The Backstage Academy”.
