28.—(1) Article 126 (establishment of additional conditions for entry into Great Britain of animals and goods) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1 omit “, with the exception of points (d), (e), (g) and (h) of Article 1(2),”.
(3) In paragraph 3—
(a)for “format and type of official certificates, official attestations, or” substitute “format, type and content of official certificates and official attestations, including in respect of any conditions which they are to include, as well as on the”;
(b)for the words from “the form” until the end substitute “the content and format of those official certificates, official attestations or evidence, including conditions of entry in the case of certificates”.
