The undertaker must not under the powers of this Order acquire, extinguish, suspend, override or interfere with any rights that Cottam has in respect of any apparatus or has in respect of the Cottam Work No. 6B Area without the consent of Cottam, which must not be unreasonably withheld or delayed but which may be made subject to reasonable conditions.
