Lights on tidal works during construction50.
(1)
The undertaker must at or near—
(a)
a tidal work, including any temporary work; or
(b)
any plant, equipment or other obstruction placed in connection with any part of the authorised project within the area of seaward construction activity in the River Humber,
during the whole time of their construction, alteration, replacement or extension, exhibit every night from sunset to sunrise such lights, if any, and take such other steps for the prevention of danger to navigation as Trinity House and the statutory harbour authority or Statutory Conservancy and Navigation Authority (as relevant) may from time to time direct.
(2)
In this article, “area of seaward construction activity” means the area of the sea within the Order limits.
