Amendment of regulation 2

3.  In regulation 2(1) (interpretation)—

(a) after the definition of “care home” insert—

““carer support payment” means carer’s assistance given in accordance with the Carer’s Assistance (Carer Support Payment) (Scotland) Regulations 2023(1);”;

(b) after the definition of “paternity leave” insert—

““pension age disability payment” has the meaning given in regulation 2 of the Disability Assistance for Older People (Scotland) Regulations 2024(2);”.
