11.—(1) The Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products and Energy Information (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In the following provisions for “retained direct EU” substitute “assimilated direct”—
(a)regulation 29(1);
(b)regulation 30(1);
(c)regulation 31(1);
(d)regulation 32(1).
