8.—(1) The Electricity Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2017(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In the following provisions for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”—
(a)regulation 12(3)(a);
(b)regulation 15(1)(b);
(c)regulation 42(4A)(d)(iii);
(d)paragraph 2(c)(vii) of Schedule 3;
(e)paragraph 8(2) of Schedule 4.
S.I. 2017/580; regulations 12(3)(a), 15(1)(b) and 42(4A)(d)(iii), paragraph 2(c)(vii) of Schedule 3 and paragraph 8(2) of Schedule 4 were amended by S.I. 2018/1325.
