107.—(1) Regulation (EU) No 1380/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2013 on the Common Fisheries Policy, amending Council Regulations (EC) No 1954/2003 and (EC) No 1224/2009 and repealing Council Regulations (EC) No 2371/2002 and (EC) No 639/2004 and Council Decision 2004/585/EC(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In the following provisions for “retained direct EU” substitute “assimilated direct”—
(a)Article 1(1), (2) and (8) and in the heading;
(b)Article 3;
(c)Article 4(1)—
(i)in the words before paragraph (1);
(ii)in paragraph (43), in both places it occurs;
(iii)in paragraph (44);
(d)Article 15(4)(a).
EUR 2013/1380; Articles 1(1), (2) and (8), 3, 4(1), 4(1)(43), 4(1)(44) and 15(4)(a) were amended by S.I. 2019/739.
