57.—(1) Council Regulation (EC) No 1255/97 of 25 June 1997 concerning Community criteria for control posts and amending the route plan referred to in the Annex to Directive 91/628/EEC(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In the following provisions for “retained direct EU” substitute “assimilated direct”—
(a)Article 3(3)(a) and (c) and (5);
(b)Article 4(3)(a);
(c)Article 5(a).
