Defnyddio cofnodion gwerthuso a'u cadw
14.—(1) Gall gwybodaeth berthnasol o gofnodion gwerthuso gael ei chymryd i ystyriaeth gan benaethiaid, Prif Swyddogion Addysg neu unrhyw swyddogion neu gynghorwyr a ddynodir yn unswydd gan Brif Swyddog Addysg o dan Reoliad 13(1)(b) neu (2)(a) wrth gynghori'r rhai sy'n gyfrifol am gymryd penderfyniadau ar ddyrchafu, diswyddo neu ddisgyblu athrawon ysgol neu ar ddefnyddio unrhyw ddisgresiwn mewn perthynas â thâl.
(2) Bydd y rhai sy'n gyfrifol am gynllunio hyfforddiant a datblygiad athrawon ysgol mewn ysgol (gan gynnwys swyddogion priodol neu gynghorwyr yr awdurdod addysg lleol sy'n cynnal yr ysgol) yn cael manylion unrhyw dargedau ar gyfer gweithredu sy'n ymwneud â hyfforddiant a datblygiad.
