Amendments to the 1997 Regulations

4.  In Regulation 6 of the 1997 Regulations (Calculation of amount of grant)–

(1) For Regulation 6 (1) (a), substitute–

“(a) in the case of a works application, the amount properly charged for the works or £500, whichever is the lower, and”.

(2) For Regulation 6 (1) (b), substitute–

“(b) in the case of a materials-only application, the amount properly charged for the materials purchased for and used in the works carried out, or £250, whichever is the lower.”
