This Order may be cited as the Sea Fishing (Enforcement of Community Satellite Monitoring Measures)(Wales) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 7th April 2000.

This Order applies to Wales and the territorial sea adjacent to Wales, and the provisions of article 6 of the National Assembly for Wales (Transfer of Functions) Order 1999 shall have effect for determining those parts of the sea which are to be treated as adjacent to Wales and those which are not3.
