Mae Rhan VI o Ddeddf Tai 1996 (“Deddf 1996”) yn ymwneud â dyrannu llety tai gan awdurdodau tai lleol.
O dan adran 160 o Ddeddf 1996 caiff Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru ragnodi achosion nad yw darpariaethau Rhan VI yn gymwys iddynt.
O dan adran 161 o Ddeddf 1996 gall Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru ragnodi dosbarthiadau o bersonau sy'n ddarostyngedig i reolaeth mewnfudo o fewn ystyr Deddf Lloches a Mewnfudo 1996 ond sy'n gymwys hefyd i ddyraniad llety tai. O dan yr adran hon caiff Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru ragnodi hefyd dosbarthiadau eraill o bersonau sy'n gymwys, neu ddosbarthiadau o bersonau nad ydynt yn gymwys.
O dan adran 162 o Ddeddf 1996 caiff Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru ragnodi gwybodaeth sy'n rhaid ei gynnwys mewn cofrestr tai gan awdurdod tai lleol.
O dan adran 163 o Ddeddf 1996 caiff y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol ragnodi yr hyn sy'n rhaid i awdurdod tai lleol ei wneud cyn arddel ei ddisgresiwn i dynnu rhywun oddi ar eu cofrestr tai.
Mae Rheoliadau Dyrannu Tai (Lloegr) 2000 yn rhagnodi achosion at ddibenion adran 160 ac yn rhagnodi dosbarthiadau at ddibenion adran 161. Maent hefyd yn rhagnodi gwybodaeth at ddibenion adran 162 ac yn rhagnodi gofynion at ddibenion adran 163.
Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn darparu bod y darpariaethau hynny yn Rheoliadau Dyrannu Tai (Lloegr) 2000 yn cael effaith yng Nghymru, ac mewn perthynas â Chymru yn diddymu Rheoliadau Dyrannu Tai 1996 a Rheoliadau a'i diwygiodd.
