Revocation E+W

2.  The Education (National Curriculum) (Attainment Targets and Programmes of Study in Science) Order 1995(1) shall cease to apply—

(a) on 1st August 2000 in respect of pupils in the first, second and third key stages;

(b) on 1st August 2001 in respect of pupils in the first year of the fourth key stage;

and shall be revoked on 1st August 2002.
