Enwi, cychwyn, diddymu ac eithrio
1.—(1) Enw'r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Cymhellion Hyfforddi Athrawon (Cymru) 2000 a deuant i rym ar 22 Medi 2000.
(2) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (3), mae Rheoliadau Addysg (Cymhelliant Hyfforddi Athrawon Mathemateg a Gwyddoniaeth) (Cymru) 1999(1) wedi'u diddymu.
(3) Er hynny, bydd y Rheoliadau hynny yn dal yn gymwys mewn perthynas ag unrhyw berson y dyfarnwyd grant iddo o danynt os cafodd unrhyw daliad grant ei dalu gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol (neu gan yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol o dan drefniadau cyfatebol a oedd yn gymwys yn Lloegr) cyn 22 Medi 2000 a bod y person yn parhau i ddilyn y cwrs y dyfarnwyd y grant mewn perthynas ag ef, neu wedi'i gwblhau.
