In these Regulations unless the context otherwise requires, the terms used shall be as defined in the Tir Mynydd (Wales) Regulations 2001 3 “the principal Regulations”.

“Claimed forage area” (“arwynebedd porthiant y gwneir cais amdano”) means land which has been entered as forage area in an area aid application for the year 2000.
