Cyflwyno hysbysiadau a gorchmynion

26.—(1) Gall unrhyw beth y mae'n ofynnol ei gyflwyno i berson at ddibenion achos disgyblu—

(a)cael ei roi i'r person hwnnw'n bersonol; neu

(b)cael ei anfon at y person hwnnw drwy'r post i'r cyfeiriad sydd wedi'i gofnodi yn y Gofrestr, neu gael ei adael yn y cyfeiriad hwnnw; neu

(c)os yw'r person hwnnw'n gwneud cais ysgrifenedig i ddogfennau gael eu cyflwyno iddo drwy'r dull hwnnw, cael ei anfon ato drwy gyfrwng cyflunydd neu bost electronig neu ddull tebyg sy'n gallu cynhyrchu dogfen sy'n cynnwys testun yr ohebiaeth, ac os felly bernir bod y ddogfen wedi'i hanfon pan yw'n dod i law'r person hwnnw mewn ffurf ddarllenadwy.

(2) At ddibenion rheoliadau 18(5) a 24 cymerir bod hysbysiadau gorchymyn disgyblu wedi'u cyflwyno i'r person y cafodd ei wneud mewn perthynas ag ef—

(a)os cafodd ei roi i'r person hwnnw'n bersonol, ar y diwrnod y cafodd ei roi;

(b)os cafodd ei anfon at y person hwnnw i'r cyfeiriad sydd wedi'i gofnodi yn y Gofrestr drwy wasanaeth post sy'n ceisio dosbarthu dogfennau drwy'r post erbyn y diwrnod gwaith nesaf fan bellaf bob tro neu ran amlaf, neu ei adael yn y cyfeiriad hwnnw, ar yr ail ddiwrnod ar ôl iddo gael ei anfon neu ei adael;

(c)os cafodd ei anfon at y person hwnnw i'r cyfeiriad sydd wedi'i gofnodi yn y Gofrestr drwy wasanaeth post heblaw un sy'n ceisio dosbarthu dogfennau drwy'r post erbyn y diwrnod gwaith nesaf fan bellaf bob tro neu ran amlaf, ar y pedwerydd diwrnod ar ôl iddo gael ei anfon; neu

(ch)os yw'r person hwnnw'n gwneud cais ysgrifenedig i ddogfennau gael eu cyflwyno iddo drwy ddull o'r fath, ac os cafodd ei anfon at y person hwnnw drwy gyfrwng cyflunydd neu bost electronig neu ddull tebyg sy'n gallu cynhyrchu dogfen sy'n cynnwys testun yr ohebiaeth, ar yr ail ddiwrnod ar ôl iddo gael ei drosglwyddo.
