Coming into force

The National Assembly for Wales makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 1(1), 2(1) and 2(2) of Schedule 1 to the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 19791 as extended by section 26(3) of the Welsh Language Act 19932 and now vested in the National Assembly for Wales so far as they relate to Wales3, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf.
