Cyflawni swyddogaethau gan awdurdod lleol arall

15.—(1) Caiff corff perthnasol a chanddo bŵer i wneud trefniadau yn unol â rheoliad 13 wneud trefniadau gydag awdurdod lleol arall yn unol â'r rheoliad hwn.

(2) Gall trefniadau o dan y rheoliad hwn ddarparu—

(a)i swyddogaeth sy'n gyfrifoldeb i Fwrdd un awdurdod lleol gael ei chyflawni naill ai gan awdurdod lleol arall neu gan Fwrdd yr awdurdod arall hwnnw os yw'r swyddogaeth honno yn swyddogaeth i'r awdurdod lleol arall hwnnw ond nad yw'n un sy'n gyfrifoldeb i Fwrdd yr awdurdod lleol arall hwnnw;

(b)i swyddogaeth sy'n gyfrifoldeb i Fwrdd un awdurdod lleol gael ei chyflawni gan Fwrdd awdurdod lleol arall os yw'r swyddogaeth yn swyddogaeth sy'n gyfrifoldeb i Fwrdd yr awdurdod lleol arall hwnnw;

(c)i swyddogaeth sy'n gyfrifoldeb i Fwrdd un awdurdod lleol gael ei chyflawni gan Fwrdd awdurdod lleol arall os nad yw'r swyddogaeth honno yn swyddogaeth i'r awdurdod lleol arall hwnnw a bod gan yr awdurdod arall hwnnw Fwrdd;

(ch)i swyddogaeth sy'n gyfrifoldeb i Fwrdd un awdurdod lleol gael ei chyflawni gan awdurdod lleol arall os yw'r swyddogaeth honno yn swyddogaeth i'r awdurdod lleol arall hwnnw ac nad oes gan yr awdurdod arall hwnnw Fwrdd.

(3) Nid yw unrhyw drefniadau a wneir o dan y rheoliad hwn i atal y corff perthnasol a wnaeth y trefniadau rhag arfer y swyddogaethau y maent yn ymwneud â hwy.
