The name of these Regulations is the Adjudications by Case Tribunals and Interim Case Tribunals (Wales) Regulations 2001 and they shall come into force on 28th July 2001.

These Regulations apply to adjudications by case tribunals and interim case tribunals in Wales only.

The provisions set out in the Schedule to these Regulations shall apply to adjudications carried out by case tribunals or interim case tribunals.
