10.—(1) Pan fydd y tribiwnlys yn barnu bod unrhyw gwestiwn yn codi y byddai'n ddymunol cael cymorth arbenigydd yn ei gylch, caiff wneud trefniadau i berson â chymwysterau priodol ymchwilio i'r mater ac adrodd arno ac, os bydd y tribiwnlys yn gofyn iddo wneud hynny, i fod yn bresennol yn y gwrandawiad a rhoi tystiolaeth
(2) Rhaid darparu copi o adroddiad a geir oddi wrth arbenigydd i bob person a gyhuddywd cyn y gwrandawiad neu unrhyw wrandawiad sy'n cael ei ailddechrau.
(3) Rhaid i'r tribiwnlys fod yn gyfrifol am dalu ffioedd arbenigydd.
