Ar hyn o bryd nid oes unrhyw effeithiau heb eu gweithredu yn hysbys ar gyfer y Rheoliadau Dyfarniadau gan Dribiwnlysoedd Achos a Thribiwnlysoedd Achos Interim (Cymru) 2001, Paragraff 16.
Efallai na fydd deddfwriaeth ddiwygiedig sydd ar y safle hwn yn gwbl gyfoes. Ar hyn o bryd mae unrhyw newidiadau neu effeithiau hysbys a wnaed gan ddeddfwriaeth ddilynol wedi'u gwneud i destun y ddeddfwriaeth yr ydych yn edrych arni gan y tîm golygyddol. Gweler 'Cwestiynau Cyffredin' am fanylion ynglŷn â'r amserlenni ar gyfer nodi a chofnodi effeithiau newydd ar y safle hwn.
16.—(1) Rhaid i holl wrandawiadau tribiwnlys gael eu cynnal yn gyhoeddus ac eithrio pan yw'r tribiwnlys o'r farn y byddai cyhoeddusrwydd yn niweidio buddiannau cyfiawnder.
(2) Bydd gan y personau canlynol hawl i fod yn bresennol mewn gwrandawiad, p'un a gaiff ei gynnal yn breifat neu beidio—
(a)llywydd ac aelodau Panel Dyfarnu Cymru, neu unrhyw aelod ohono, er nad hwy yw'r tribiwnlys at ddibenion y gwrandawiad;

(c)Comisiynydd Lleol yng Nghymru neu gynrychiolydd Comisiynydd Lleol yng Nghymru; ac
(ch)swyddog monitro awdurdod y mae'r person a gyhuddwyd yn aelod neu'n aelod cyfetholedig ohono [F2neu gynrychiolydd y swyddog monitro] .
(3) Caiff y tribiwnlys ganiatáu i unrhyw berson arall fod yn bresennol mewn gwrandawiad a gynhelir yn breifat.
(4) Heb ragfarnu unrhyw bwerau a all fod ganddo, caiff tribiwnlys wahardd o wrandawiad, neu o ran honno, unrhyw berson y mae ei ymddygiad wedi tarfu ar y gwrandawiad, neu'n debygol o darfu arno ym marn y tribiwnlys.
