Dull anfon, traddodi neu gyflwyno dogfennau, etc.

24.—(1) Bydd unrhyw ddogfen y mae'r darpariaethau hyn yn gofyn neu'n awdurdodi ei hanfon, ei thraddodi neu ei chyflwyno i unrhyw berson wedi'i hanfon, wedi'i thraddodi neu wedi'i chyflwyno yn briodol i'r person hwnnw—

(a)os yw wedi'i hanfon at y person hwnnw yn ei gyfeiriad priodol drwy'r post mewn llythyr cofrestredig neu drwy ddosbarthiad a gofnodwyd;

(b)os yw wedi'i hanfon ato yn y cyfeiriad hwnnw drwy neges ffacsimili neu unrhyw gyfrwng arall sy'n cynhyrchu dogfen sy'n cynnwys testun yr ohebiaeth, ac os felly bernir bod y ddogfen wedi'i hanfon pan fydd wedi dod i law ar ffurf ddarllenadwy; neu

(c)os yw wedi'i thraddodi iddo neu wedi'i gadael yn ei gyfeiriad.

(2) Bydd unrhyw ddogfen y gofynnir neu yr awdurdodir ei hanfon, ei thraddodi neu ei chyflwyno i gwmni neu gorff corfforedig wedi'i hanfon, wedi'i thraddodi neu wedi'i chyflwyno os yw wedi'i hanfon, wedi'i thraddodi, neu wedi'i chyflwyno i ysgrifennydd y cwmni neu'r corff.

(3) Cyfeiriad priodol unrhyw berson y mae unrhyw ddogfen o'r fath i'w hanfon, ei thraddodi neu ei chyflwyno iddo fydd cyfeiriad hysbys diwethaf y person o dan sylw ac yn achos ysgrifennydd unrhyw gwmni neu gorff corfforedig, swyddfa gofrestredig neu brif swyddfa y cwmni neu'r corff.
