2.—(1) Y diwrnod penodedig ar gyfer dod â darpariaethau'r Ddeddf a bennir ym mharagraff (2) i rym yw 26 Awst 2001.
(2) Dyma'r darpariaethau—
(a)Adran 1 (cymhwyso Rhan 5 o Ddeddf Safonau Gofal 2000);
(b)Adran 2 (prif nod y Comisiynydd);
(c)Adran 3 (adolygu arfer swyddogaethau'r Cynulliad a swyddogaethau personau eraill);
(ch)Adran 4 (adolygu a monitro trefniadau);
(d)Adran 5 (pŵer ychwanegol i ystyried a gwneud sylwadau);
(dd)Adran 6 (swyddogaethau pellach y Comisiynydd);
(e)Adran 7 (darpariaethau canlyniadol etc.);
(f)Adran 8 (darpariaethau ariannol); ac
(ff)Yr Atodlen (personau a threfniadau sy'n destun adolygiad).
