1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 2000 (Commencement No.1) (Wales) Order 2001.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Transport Act 2000.
(3) This Order applies to Wales.
2. The provisions of the Act specified in Schedule 1 to this Order come into force, subject to the limitations specified in that Schedule, on 1st August 2001.
3. The provisions of the Act specified in Schedule 2 to this Order come into force on 1st April 2002.
