1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Wales) (No. 10) Regulations 2001; they apply to Wales and come into force on 23rd October 2001.
(2) These Regulations apply until midnight on 31st December 2001.
