Gosod offer a'u defnyddio
16.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (2) o'r rheoliad hwn, gall awdurdod ei gwneud yn ofynnol i weithredydd gael offer yn ei gerbydau sy'n cyd-ymffurfio â manyleb a osodir gan yr awdurdod hwnnw er mwyn rhoi a dileu tocynnau neu gofnodi niferoedd a disgrifiadau teithwyr ar y cerbydau hynny fel arall yn ei gerbydau, a'u defnyddio.
(2) Yr awdurdod sydd i dalu costau a threuliau darparu a gosod unrhyw offer o'r fath.
(3) Heb ragfarnu rheoliad 12, ni ellir ei gwneud yn ofynnol, onibai fod y dull safonol yn ei gwneud hi'n ofynnol i gyfrifo gwerthoedd tocynnau teithio cyfartalog ar gyfer yr holl deithwyr ac at ddibenion hynny'n unig, i weithredydd rhoi gwybodaeth i'r awdurdod sy'n deillio o ddefnyddio unrhyw offer o'r fath sy'n ymwneud â siwrneiau gan deithwyr nad oes ganddynt hawl i gael consesiynau teithio gorfodol.
(4) Gall awdurdod, mewn perthynas ag unrhyw gerbyd y mae consesiynau teithio gorfodol ar gael arno, ei wneud hi'n ofynnol, ar draul y gweithredydd, i'r gweithredydd ddangos ar y cerbyd hwnnw arwydd sy'n gwneud y ffaith honno'n glir ac sy'n resymol ddarllendwy gan y rhai yn gyffredinol sy'n debyg o fod â hawl i'r consesiynau hynny.
