Tramgwyddau gan gyrff corfforaethol
20. Pan fydd corff corfforaethol yn euog o dramgwydd o dan reoliad 19 a phan brofir bod y tramgwydd wedi'i gyflawni gyda chydsyniad neu oddefiad unrhyw un o'r canlynol, neu os gellir priodoli'r tramgwydd i unrhyw esgeulustod ar ran unrhyw un o'r canlynol—
(a)unrhyw gyfarwyddwr, rheolwr, ysgrifennydd neu swyddog tebyg arall y corff corfforaethol, neu
(b)unrhyw berson a oedd yn honni gweithredu yn rhinwedd swydd o'r fath,
bydd ef neu hi, yn ogystal â'r corff corfforaethol, yn euog o'r tramgwydd ac yn agored i achos yn eu herbyn ac i gael eu cosbi yn unol â hynny.
