Citation, commencement, application and interpretation1.

This Order may be cited as the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 (Electronic Communications) (Wales) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st of April 2001.

This Order applies to Wales only.

In this Order,

  • “the 1989 Act” means the Local Government and Housing Act 19892.
