The Local Government and Housing Act 1989 (Electronic Communications) (Wales) Order 2001

The National Assembly for Wales considers that the authorisation of the use of electronic communications by this order for any purpose, is such that the extent (if any) to which records of things done for that purpose will be available will be no less satisfactory in cases where use is made of electronic communications than in other cases. It therefore makes this Order in exercise of the powers given to it by section 8 and 10(2), (3)(d), (3)(e), (4) and (5) of the Electronic Communications Act 20001 with the consent of the Secretary of State:
