Person sy'n ymadael â gofal neu berson sydd mewn perygl neilltuol o ecsbloetio rhywiol neu ariannol, ac sy'n 18 oed neu drosodd ond o dan 21 oed
3.—(1) Person Sydd
(a)yn 18 oed neu'n hyn ond o dan 21 oed; a
(b)a oedd ar unrhyw adeg pan oedd yn dal yn blentyn, ond nad yw bellach, yn derbyn gofal, yn cael ei letya neu'n cael ei faethu; neu
(c)sydd mewn perygl neilltuol o ecsbloetio rhywiol neu ariannol.
(2) Ym mharagraff (1)(b) uchod, ystyr “yn derbyn gofal, yn cael ei letya neu'n cael ei faethu” yw:
(a)yn derbyn gofal gan awdurdod lleol;
(b)yn cael ei letya gan gorff gwirfoddol neu ar ei ran;
(c)yn cael ei letya mewn cartref preifat i blant;
(ch)yn cael ei letya am gyfnod di-dor o dri mis o leiaf—
(i)gan unrhyw awdurdod iechyd, awdurdod iechyd arbennig neu awdurdod addysg lleol, neu
(ii)mewn unrhyw gartref gofal preswyl, cartref nyrsio neu gartref nyrsio meddwl neu mewn unrhyw lety a ddarperir gan un o Ymddiriedolaethau'r Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol; neu
(d)yn cael ei faethu'n breifat.
