Diwygio Rheoliadau Bucholion a Chynhyrchion Buchol (Masnach) 1999
2.—(1) I'r graddau y maent yn gymwys i Gymru, diwygir Rheoliadau Bucholion a Chynhyrchion Buchol (Masnach) 1999(1) yn unol â pharagraffau canlynol y rheoliad hwn.
(2) Yn y diffiniad o “export dedicated establishment” ym mharagraff (1) o reoliad 2 (dehongli), mewnosodir y cymal “and may include such establishments which prepare DBES goods destined for placing on the market in the United Kingdom” ar ôl y gair “below”.
(3) Ym mharagraff (a) o'r diffiniad o “export eligible goods” ym mharagraff (1) o reoliad 2, mewnosodir y cymal “(other than any such goods destined for placing on the market in the United Kingdom)” ar ôl y gair “goods” yn y lle y mae'n ymddangos gyntaf.
(4) Ym mharagraff (1)(b) o reoliad 12 (cymeradwyo sefydliadau ar gyfer paratoi neu anfon nwyddau o darddiad tramor sy'n gymwys i'w hallforio, nwyddau'r CASD a'r CABH a sgil-gynhyrchion buchol o darddiad tramor) mewnosodir y gair “origin” yn lle'r gair “original”.
(5) Ym mharagraff (3)(a) o reoliad 12, mewnosodir y cymal “or DBES goods destined for placing on the market in the United Kingdom” ar ôl y gair “goods” yn y lle y mae'n ymddangos ddiwethaf.
(6) Ym mharagraff (3)(c)(i) o reoliad 12, mewnosodir y cymal “other than DBES goods destined for placing on the market in the United Kingdom” ar ôl y gair “abroad”.
(7) Ym mharagraff (3)(c)(ii) o reoliad 12, mewnosodir y cymal “other than DBES goods destined for placing on the market in the United Kingdom” ar y diwedd.
(8) Ym mharagraff (3)(a) o reoliad 13 (gofynion a osodir ar weithredydd sefydliad a gymeradwywyd o dan reoliad 12), hepgorir y cymal “, DBES goods”.
(9) Ym mharagraff (6) o reoliad 13, mewnosodir y cymal “or DBES goods destined for placing on the market in the United Kingdom” ar ôl y gair “goods”.
(10) Ym mharagraff (13) o reoliad 13, rhoddir y gair “become” yn lle'r gair “are”.
(11) Yng ngofyniad 5 yng ngholofn gyntaf Atodlen 2 (y dulliau gweithredu a fynnir ar gyfer paratoi nwyddau sy'n gymwys i'w hallforio mewn sefydliadau sydd wedi'u neilltuo ar gyfer allforio), mewnosodir y cymal “or DBES goods destined for placing on the market in the United Kingdom” ar y diwedd.
