(Rheoliad 14)

YR ATODLEN(Darpariaethau atodol ynghylch targedau perfformiad a chanlyniadau cyrhaeddiad disgyblion)

1.—(1) At ddibenion rheoliad 14, bydd cwestiynau ynghylch—

(a)pa ddyfarniad cymhwyster galwedigaethol sy'n cyfateb i ba radd arholiad TGAU,

(b)y cyfwerthedd rhwng canlyniadau arholiadau TGAU a chymwysterau galwedigaethol, ac

(c)y cyfwerthedd rhwng canlyniadau arholiadau TGAU a chanlyniadau arholiadau cwrs byr TGAU,

yn cael eu penderfynu yn unol ag is-baragraffau (2) i (8).

(2)  Caiff GNVQ Canolradd llawn, neu NVQ ar lefel 2, eu trin fel pe baent yn cyfateb i radd A* i C mewn pedwar pwnc TGAU.

(3) Caiff GNVQ Sylfaen llawn, neu NVQ ar lefel 1, eu trin fel pe baent yn cyfateb i radd D i G mewn pedwar pwnc TGAU.

(4) Caiff GNVQ Rhan Un (lefel Canolradd) ei drin fel pe bai'n cyfateb i radd A* i C mewn dau bwnc TGAU.

(5) Caiff GNVQ Rhan Un (lefel Sylfaen) ei drin fel pe bai'n cyfateb i radd D i G mewn dau bwnc TGAU.

(6) Caiff Uned Iaith GNVQ (lefel Ganolradd) ei drin fel pe bai'n cyfateb i radd A* mewn hanner pwnc TGAU.

(7) Caiff Uned Iaith GNVQ (lefel Sylfaen) ei drin fel pe bai'n cyfateb i radd D mewn hanner pwnc TGAU.

(8) Caiff gradd mewn arholiad sy'n gysylltiedig â chwrs byr TGAU ei drin fel pe bai'n cyfateb i'r radd honno mewn hanner pwnc TGAU.

2.  At ddibenion gosod y targedau a bennir yn rheoliad 11, rhaid dehongli unrhyw gyfeiriad yn yr Atodlen hon at ennill neu ddyfarnu—

(a)gradd mewn arholiad TGAU,

(b)cymhwyster galwedigaethol, neu

(c)gradd mewn arholiad cwrs byr TGAU,

fel pe bai'n gyfeiriad at ddyfarnu neu ennill gradd neu gymhwyster erbyn diwedd y flwyddyn ysgol y mae gofyn gosod targedau o'r fath yn rhinwedd y rheoliad hwnnw mewn perthynas â hi.
