If a vehicle used for the transport of fishmeal for use in the manufacture of feed for farmed animals other than ruminants is subsequently used for the transport of any other product, it must be thoroughly cleaned and inspected before the transport of the other product and before the first subsequent transport of fishmeal for use in manufacture of feed for farmed animals other than ruminants.E+W
