The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 316A(2), 322(4), 324(2), 325(2A) and (2B), 328(1), (3A), (3B) and (6), 329(2A), 329A(9), and 569(1), (2) and (4) of, and paragraphs 2, 3(1), (3) and (4) of Schedule 26, and paragraphs 2(3), 2B (3), 5(3), 6(3), 7(1) and (2), 8(3A) and (5), 11(2A) and (4) of Schedule 27 to, the Education Act 19961, and now vested in the National Assembly for Wales2, hereby makes the following Regulations:
