The National Assembly must, as soon as reasonably practicable after they are received, send to the appellant, to the Council and to any regulation 7(1)(b) party, copies of any representations received by the National Assembly from anyone other than the Council and the appellant, which the National Assembly intends to take into account in relation to the appeal.
