(Nid yw'r nodyn hwn yn rhan o'r Gorchymyn)

Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn, sy'n gymwys i Gymru ac y mae ei effaith yn darfod ar 1 Chwefror 2003, yn datgymhwyso a disodli dros dro Orchymyn Moch (Cofnodion, Adnabod a Symud) 1995 (O.S. 1995/11, fel y'i diwygiwyd) (“Gorchymyn 1995”). Mae'n cydgrynhoi (gyda diwygiadau) y newidiadau dros dro i Orchymyn 1995, a wnaed gan Orchymyn Moch (Cofnodion, Adnabod a Symud) (Mesurau Dros Dro) (Cymru) 2002 (O.S. 2002/281 (Cy.33)) (“Gorchymyn 2002”).

Yn ychwanegol at y newidiadau a wnaed gan Orchymyn 2002, mae'r Gorchymyn hwn—

(a)yn estyn y cyfnod y mae'r mesurau yn parhau mewn grym i 1 Chwefror 2003;

(b)yn dileu'r ffurfiau amrywiol ar ddatganiad a nodwyd yn yr Atodlenni i Orchymyn 1995 ac yn eu lle yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i ddogfen symud sy'n cynnwys gwybodaeth benodol gyd-fynd â phob symudiad moch (heblaw moch anwes) (erthygl 9); a

(c)yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol cael trwydded symud ar gyfer symud moch anwes, ac yn nodi ffurf y drwydded honno (erthygl 10).

Nid oes arfarniad rheoliadol wedi'i baratoi ar gyfer y Gorchymyn hwn.
