Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn, sy'n gymwys i Gymru, yn gymwys pan fydd Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru wedi'i awdurdodi i adennill y costau y mae wedi'u hysgwyddo mewn cysylltiad ag ymholiadau neu wrandawiadau eraill sy'n ymwneud â chynlluniau datblygu unedol, cynlluniau lleol neu barthau cynllunio syml.
Mae'r Rheoliadau yn pennu swm dyddiol safonol y gellir ei godi am bob diwrnod y mae'r person sydd wedi'i benodi i gynnal yr ymchwiliad neu'r gwrandawiad arall wrthi'n cynnal yr ymchwiliad neu'r gwrandawiad hwnnw neu os yw wrthi fel arall yn gwneud gwaith sy'n gysylltiedig ag ef.
Y swm penodedig yw:
£520 os yw'n agor ar neu ar ôl 1 Ebrill 2003 ond cyn 1 Ebrill 2004; a
£618 os yw'n agor ar neu ar ôl 1 Ebrill 2004.
