Name, commencement and application
1.—(1) These Regulations are called the Education (Assembly Learning Grant Scheme) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 15th November 2002.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to local education authorities in Wales.
