14.   Yn rheoliad 12 (cymhwyso darpariaethau eraill)—

(a) ym mharagraff (1), ar ôl y geiriau “plastic materials or articles” ychwaneger y geiriau “, adhesives and materials or articles covered by a surface coating”; a

(b) ym mharagraff (3), yn lle'r geiriau “relate to plastic materials or articles” rhodder y geiriau “apply to plastic materials or articles, adhesives or materials or articles covered by a surface coating”.
