Darpariaethau trosiannol ar gyfer gollwng
14. Pan fydd Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru wedi cael cais am ganiatâd i ollwng organeddau a addaswyd yn enetig cyn 31 Rhagfyr 2002 yn unol â Rheoliadau 1992 ac nad yw wedi penderfynu'r cais eto—
(a)bydd y cais yn ddarostyngedig i ddarpariaethau'r Rheoliadau hyn;
(b)rhaid i'r ceisydd gyflwyno i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, yn ychwanegol at yr wybodaeth sydd wedi'i darparu eisoes mewn cysylltiad â'r cais, unrhyw wybodaeth bellach sy'n angenrheidiol er mwyn cydymffurfio â gofynion y Rheoliadau hyn erbyn 17 Ionawr 2003;
(c)rhaid trin y cais fel un sydd wedi'i anfon i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru at ddibenion rheoliadau 13(1) a (4) ac sydd wedi dod i law Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru at ddibenion rheoliad 21 pan fydd yr wybodaeth sy'n ofynnol o dan baragraff (b) wedi'i chyflwyno; ac
(ch)os nad yw'r wybodaeth sy'n ofynnol o dan baragraff (b) wedi'i chyflwyno erbyn 17 Ionawr 2003, caiff Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru wrthod bwrw ymlaen â'r cais.
