Mae newidiadau yn dal heb eu gwneud i Rheoliadau Organeddau A Addaswyd Yn Enetig (Eu Gollwng Yn Fwriadol) (Cymru) 2002. Mae unrhyw newidiadau sydd wedi cael eu gwneud yn barod gan y tîm yn ymddangos yn y cynnwys a chyfeirir atynt gydag anodiadau.
Changes to Legislation
Nid yw newidiadau ac effeithiau sydd eto i'w gwneud gan y tîm golygyddol ond yn berthnasol wrth edrych ar y fersiwn ddiweddaraf neu fersiwn ragolygol o ddeddfwriaeth. Felly, nid oes modd eu gweld wrth edrych ar ddeddfwriaeth fel y mae ar bwynt penodol mewn amser. Er mwyn gweld yr wybodaeth 'Newidiadau i Ddeddfwriaeth' ar gyfer y ddarpariaeth hon ewch yn ôl i'r fersiwn ddiweddaraf gan ddefnyddio'r opsiynau yn y blwch 'Pa Fersiwn' uchod.
Dyletswyddau Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru wrth gael ceisiadau am adnewyddu caniatâd i farchnata organeddau a addaswyd yn enetigLL+C
26.—(1) Wrth gael cais am adnewyddu caniatâd i farchnata organeddau a addaswyd yn enetig rhaid i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru—
(a)hysbysu'r ceisydd yn ysgrifenedig o'r dyddiad y daeth y cais i law;
(b)archwilio'r cais i weld a yw'n cydymffurfio â gofynion y Ddeddf a'r Rheoliadau hyn ac, os yw hynny'n angenrheidiol, gofyn i'r ceisydd gyflenwi gwybodaeth ychwanegol;
(c)naill ai—
(i)anfon at y ceisydd adroddiad asesu a baratowyd yn unol ag Atodlen 4 ac sy'n nodi y dylid parhau i farchnata'r organeddau a addaswyd yn enetig ac o dan ba amodau, neu
(ii)gwrthod y cais, gan ddatgan y rhesymau dros ei benderfyniad, a hynny wedi'i ategu gan adroddiad asesu sy'n nodi na ddylid parhau i farchnata'r organedd a addaswyd yn enetig;
(ch)sicrhau bod copi o'r cais a'i adroddiad asesu yn cael ei anfon i'r Comisiwn.
(2) Pan fydd Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru yn bwriadu cyflwyno i'r Comisiwn adroddiad asesu sy'n nodi y dylid caniatáu i'r organeddau a addaswyd yn enetig y mae'r cais yn ymwneud â hwy gael eu marchnata, rhaid i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru ymgynghori'n gyntaf â'r Weithrediaeth Iechyd a Diogelwch a rhaid iddo beidio ag anfon barn ffafriol ymlaen ar y cais fel y mae'n ymwneud â diogelu iechyd dynol os yw'r Weithrediaeth Iechyd a Diogelwch wedi hysbysu Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru nad yw'n cyflawni gofynion y Ddeddf a'r Rheoliadau hyn.
