The Potatoes Originating in Egypt Regulations 19983 shall be amended in their application to Wales in accordance with paragraph (2) below.

In the Schedule, in the column headed “Instrument”, after “Commission Decision 2001/664/EC”, there is added “Commission Decision 2002/903/EC”4, and in the column headed “Reference”, after “OJNo. L233, 31.8.01, p. 49”, there is added “OJNo. L312, 15.11.02, p. 28”.
