31.—(1) Yn rheoliad 7, bydd paragraff (3) yn effeithiol fel pe bai'r canlynol wedi'i ychwanegu ar ddiwedd y paragraff hwnnw—
“ac
(ch)bod ei brofiad a'i fedrau yn addas at ddibenion gweithio gyda phlant.”.
(2) Yn rheoliad 9, bydd paragraff (2) yn effeithiol fel pe bai'r canlynol wedi'i ychwanegu ar ddiwedd y paragraff hwnnw—
“ac
(ch)bod ei brofiad a'i fedrau yn addas at ddibenion gweithio gyda phlant a naill ai—
(i)bod ei gymwysterau'n addas at ddibenion gweithio gyda phlant; neu
(ii)bod person arall wedi'i benodi er mwyn ei helpu wrth reoli'r cartref gofal, a bod cymwysterau'r person a benodwyd felly yn addas at ddibenion gweithio gyda phlant.”.
(3) Yn rheoliad 10, bydd paragraff (1) yn effeithiol fel pe bai'r geiriau “a nifer ac anghenion y defnyddwyr gwasanaeth,” wedi'u disodli gan y geiriau “nifer ac anghenion y defnyddwyr gwasanaeth a'r angen i ddiogelu a hybu lles plant sy'n cael eu lletya yn y cartref gofal,”.
